Youtube widget is not working

I have to be able to have a youtube video play in my form, however, when I use the Youtube widget, even after I put my video's URL link in, I only get the stock Jotform video to play. No matter what I do, I cant get the Jotform video to be replaced with my video.

Please help.

I tried testing the widget and it is working properly on my end. I tried changing the youtube URL and click the Update widget button. Here's a screen capture of my test:

I have cleared your form cache on our server. Please try it again and if the issue still persists, please remove the widget and then re-add it again to your form.

Also, please always update the widget after you paste the youtube link.
