    Hello,

Our forms, when accessed via Google Chrome, do not show the camera and instead ask the person to attach a file. We need them to take a picture. I have verified that camera settings are correct on the tablet. Is there something in Jot forms that is making this happen?

    1) First you will need the user to accept permission for JotForm to use the camera.

If you have already said no to it previously then you will need to give permission for JotForm to use the camera by clicking on the icon in the top right corner - in the address bar.

Alternatively you can change your permissions in your settings:

    2) If your tablet isn't supported it will show an upload field instead. You can take a picture with your tablets webcam separately. Then upload it using the file upload field on your form.
