Can I switch an account over to someone else?

Hi,

I’m doing some research for my church. I’m looking to create forms that can be used on multiple tablets or phones simultaneously. Also need to create a check in/checkout form.

If I create an account can I change ownership of the account from me to whoever is going to be administrating it?
