Form Calculation Widget Not Adding Values

I am trying to use the form calculation widget to get a total for each part of my quiz that I've created but it is not adding the values in the calculation it only inputs the assigned value of each answer.

What am I missing here?

The calculations is not working, because you are treating it as Strings values, not numeric values, so, simply make then dark to turn the into numeric values, example:
