JotForm does not load confirmation page

Hi, 

I have created a 2018 Summer Camp Enrollment Form and tested the form by completing all the fields that I have inputted. After clicking submit, the page loads indefinitely and never comes to a confirmation page. Would you please assist?

This is because you have set your form to redirect the user to a website after submitting the form. That website does not open https://camps.courtplayathletics.com/

You might want to change that or set the form to show a Thank You page.
