Unable to submit our form when hitting the submit button.

    Hi, 

    Our submit button is not working properly.  You either have to hit it numerous times to make it work or it won't work at all.

    I am sure it something I have done incorrectly while setting it up.

    Could you help get it working?

    I cloned your form and viewed it on my mobile device where I did my test. So far, 5 out of 5 attempts was successful from my end.

    Would you mind providing us the device model you are using, the OS version of your device and the browser version so we can further test.
