I have already twice asked you to reopen my account and enable my form. There is no credit card info asked so there should be no reason to suspend. My questions have not even been made public even though I did not tick the private option. Could you at least respond something by email and let me know what to do?
I really liked this tool and the form I made and would really want to publish it again
