    Hi,

I would like for the form to take my website visitors to a specific url once they submit the form so the form can be used as almost a membership log in portal.  When I place a url which ends .com/.co.uk it works - however, when I add to the basic url eg www.domain.com/specific-page.html it cannot find the page.

Can you tell me whether this is possible or not - I would like to upgrade to your premium package as the submissions will (hopefully) outrun the free basic account, but obviously won't unless this is possible and use a company like Authpro (or something similar)

Thank you in advance for your time and help on this.

    Hi,

Here is a step by step guide on how to redirect your form to a specific page after submission: http://www.jotform.com/help/38-How-to-Redirect-to-a-Page-After-Form-Submission

But please take note that you cannot create login forms (that asks for passwords) as JotForm does not have membership features. Creating such forms will probably autosuspended your account due to phishing.

    Thank you.
