Embedded form in Wix suddenly jumps when being filled out using iPhone

I have embedded my form on our website using an iframe.  The form is working completely on all devices except iphones.  When the user fills out the form in its entirety the form seems to skip either to the bottom or the top.  It does not happen when filling in the same place each time it seems to be very random.  However, when you click on a field and try to fill it in it will send the user to the top or bottom.

We have tested this on all other devices including computers using chrome and internet explorer, Android devices and even i pads seem fine.

It is the form that is under the photo evaluation form link on the home page of the attached website.

I tested your website on an iPhone 7. And was able to reproduce the problem. The form suddenly skips further down the page for no obvious reason.

    For example:

    1520375954skip.gif

So then I tested your direct link on the iPhone 7.

    http://www.jotform.us/form/80465539690163

    And it works fine!

So that means the problem is how the form is embedded or the website itself.

Is your site hosted on any platform?

    For example: WordPress, SharePoint, etc.

Sorry for the delay. I was able to replicate the issue on an iPhone using Google Chrome browser.

    Please try the following solutions:

    1. Please try to re-embed the form using this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/70-Adding-a-Form-to-Your-Wix-Site

    2. Add the Mobile Responsive widget to your form. Here's a guide on How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form.

    3. If the issue persists, please try adding a "?nojump" at the end of the JotForm URL. Here's an example: https://www.jotform.com/form/1234567891011?nojump

Hope that helps. Let us know if you are still having issues. Thank you.

Thanks for the info. The form was previously embedded according to the
document you attached. I also previously had the mobile responsive widget

Can you try adding the ?nojump parameter to your URL in the embed code? There's a possibility it may work.

Are you referring to the settings on Wix or is this something in Jotform??
I have attached a screen shot of Wix. The bottom arrow where it shows
"website address" is where I have add "?nojump"
Is this correct or should it be above where I put an arrow to code or is it
    something entirely different?

Yes where it says website address. You need to add your URL with the ?nojump parameter appended to the end.

    For example:

    https://www.jotform.us/form/80465539690163?nojump

Great - can you test it again now? Let us know if that solved the problem.

I just tested it. No luck - problem persists.

I will have to escalate this issue to Level 2 support. The developers will take a look into the problem and post a response when they are ready.

It has been tested with the URL as you requested and it is still jumping.
That is how I had it all day now.

I've seen that one of our users here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1016766 with the same issue as you have was able to resolve it by changing the embedded site dimension. Probably stretching it a bit more in length.

    Here's what you can try.

    1. Just use the embed code as shown here https://www.jotform.com/help/70-Adding-a-Form-to-Your-Wix-Site

    2. Try stretching it a bit more until the scroll bar is gone then test it on iPhone device again.

Let us know how it goes.

So instead of using the website URL to embed it I should use the code
button and insert the code you provided?

Yes, please select the "Code" option and then paste the embed code or iFrame code.

Please take note that my colleague Aubreybourke already escalated this issue to our developers so that they can take a look at it.

We will contact you via this thread once an update is available. Thank you for your patience.

I spoke to the people at wix. They mentioned the problem has to be within
the coding of the form. Does that sound right?
I'm wondering if you can recommend a different web builder that jot form
embeds more seemlessly with? This form is so close I really don't want to
give up but not being able to have I phone users work on it is not going to
    work.
Let me know if there is a web builder better suited to embedding jotform
    forms. Thanks again

Thank you for additional information, your message will reach our backend team.

Regarding the website builders, maybe Wordpress or Weebly, if that could work for you (to use those platforms).

    Thank you!

Thanks for the help. Just built a test page on word press and the issue
went away. Think we will continue to change where the site is hosted
