Why aren't conditions working on my form?

I have 2 conditions on my form that are not working properly.

I have it set to "Hide" the follow-up question to "Do you have in-cab cameras?" if they select no, but it still shows the follow-up question anyway.

The same situation is happening for "Do you utilize accident avoidance technologies."  It should send them to the submit page if they answer no and skip the follow-up question.

When I export my spreadsheet, it's showing old columns that have been deleted.  I've deleted all submissions (they were just testers anyway) and I unlinked the spreadsheet and recreated it and it's still showing them.

I have it set to "Hide" the follow-up question to "Do you have in-cab cameras?" if they select no, but it still shows the follow-up question anyway.

You have checked the conditions related to the field you mentioned and I can see the conditions are currently behaving as expected, the marked condition is the one that triggers when the user selects "No":

    Result:

Why arent conditions working on my form? Image 21

The same situation is happening for "Do you utilize accident avoidance technologies."  It should send them to the submit page if they answer no and skip the follow-up question.

I have checked  the conditions related to the field and there is a conflict on them, please see the conflicting conditions marked below:

Basically, I would recommend you to check your conditions and avoid the conflicts between them, as shown on the last screenshot. Also, you should group the conditions, for example, instead of having different conditions hiding different fields when the user selects "No" you may have one single condition hiding multiple fields.

Regarding your other question about the spreadsheet, I have moved  it to another thread, please note that we do recommend to ask one question in one thread only, this will help us to assist you better.

On my end, the in-cab camera condition is still not working.

For the second condition, I tried to make the  conditions less contradictory, but it is still not working correctly and the "yes" option, now doesn't take me to the submit page.

I have checked the submissions for your form and I can see there are more conditions affecting the same field as the "Do you have in-cab cameras installed in your vehicles?".

For example, you have the following conditions affecting the same field:

Why arent conditions working on my form? Image 10

Why arent conditions working on my form? Image 21

The conflict will come up when more than one condition is triggered, you may see that you're selecting the correct option and hiding the field when actually another condition is showing up the field at the same time. I would recommend you to get rid of these conditions, I think the condition related to "Do you have FEET coverage?" is not required since you are already hiding the "Do you have in-cab cameras installed in your vehicles?" hidden which means it will not be filled and consequently the "In-Cab Camera Data: /" field will not be shown either.

Regarding the second condition, I can see you have this now:

Why arent conditions working on my form? Image 32

The form is actually behaving like this:

Why arent conditions working on my form? Image 43

Please note that the conditions will not redirect to the last page, they will only display the specified fields, if the shown field is the last one then the submit button will be present, otherwise the user needs to fill out the field and move on to the next page.

Is it not working the same way on your end?

    Please let us know.
