How to clone a form using form URL

    I want to clone a page. Cannot find a place to enter page to be copied. Please help> Thank you

    Here's how:

    1. Click Create Form button in My Forms page

    2. Select Classic Form

    3. At the bottom section, you'll see "Import Form" text, click it then select "From a web page" then paste the form URL.
