The first applications I received worked well in uploading into my Google drive. However, the last 3 applications have not been sent. Can this be fixed?

I checked your form and the Google Drive Integration is up and running.
Did you make any changes in your form prior to this issue? This might have broken down the integration.
Please re-integrate your form with Google Drive, this should fix it.
