I deleted the Auto Responder from 1 form and now it does not seem to appear on any forms

I deleted the Auto Responder from 1 form and now it doesn’t seem to appear on any forms, old or new? What did I do wrong and how to I correct that?

I checked the forms in your account and I can see that only 4 forms have an autoresponder email:

ALJC Ministerial Application
Clone of ALJC Ministerial Application
MA Church Plant Program Application
MA Church Plant Program Step 1

The other forms do not have an autoresponder since it does not have an email field as well. May we know what forms are you referring to?
