Multiple fields of text

    I have one question on my form that requires the end user to enter a few lines (one answer per line) but I want it grouped together. How do I do that?

    Thank you.  I found Multiple Text Fields and that seems to work.  One question on that. 

    Is there a way to adjust the font size of the text field labels?  I tried adding some code in the CSS section but it didn't change.
