Link to PayPal giving a blank screen

I am not embedding the form in an iframe, instead we have the form linked from our site to a run stand alone. The URL is provided on this form, but just in case, it is:

I submitted a test submission to your form and I was able to replicate the issue. Here's the screenshot of my test:

Please open your PayPal Pro integration page and click the Verify Integration.

After that, test your form again and if the issue still persists, please contact us again so we can further investigate it.

    Thank you.

Thanks for your quick reply on this. I took the following actions, and the form still fails to link with PayPal. I have not been able to test credit cards yet, they may be an issue. Anyway I did three things to help provide some better information:

    1. I did a PayPal Pro integration verify as you suggested. The verify suceeded.

    2. I removed some all conditional logic. The link to PayPal still fails.

    3. As I final test, we have a donation form. I did a donation, and the form worked.

Hope this helps. We have some new members that need to sign up. Would prefer they did it via JotForm.

Thank you very much for testing it and providing more details.

    3. As I final test, we have a donation form. I did a donation, and the form worked.

Just to confirm, Is the donation form using PayPal Pro integration?

Also, are we getting the same error message? You said you're getting a Blank Screen. Please test it again using this link: http://www.jotform.com/form/20231130204

Here's my error message on my test submission choosing PayPal payment method:

Sorry, I forgot the donation form url, I had already archived it, but I brought it back, republished it, and it works as an example.

Just be sure, the url that doesn't link with PayPal is:

    https://secure.jotform.com/form/20231130204

Firefox just gives me a blank screen and doesn't show a 500 error which doesn't tell us much. Results on Chrome are same as yours. Results on I.E are same as yours. Below is a screen shot from Chrome with 500 error:

One more update. The working form is using the exact same PayPal integration as far as I know.

I tested this in a clone of your form and both direct credit card payment and redirect to PayPal were functional.  Try cloning the form and see if the clone works as expected:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-Your-Account

Alternately, you could try deleting the payment field and adding a new one.  As far I can tell, there should not be an issue with the form itself.

I tried to clone the form. It did not work. Then, I deleted the payment fields, re-registered the API and everything worked!

It may be worth while to you developers to dig a bit deeper and see what went wrong.

It is time to close this thread out!

Thanks for all your help today.
