When customers try to upload a picture on our "Request an Estimate" form they often get a message saying the upload failed because the file/pic was too large. Is there a way for Jotform to automatically reduce the size of the pic? Or, is there a setting that allows larger file sizes to upload. Finally, the Jotform is embedded in our Squarespace website. If the limitation on file size is within Squarespace please let me know. (...and send tips on resolving, if you know.)
Thanks so much,

There is an option to Limit the File Size of file uploads.
I can see that you have already turned off the Limit File Size option. The maximum file size that can be uploaded now is 1GB.Complete Guide: Changing the File Upload Size Limit
