Missing images from the submission page

We recently used a jot form to take images of businessness cards. When I went back to the submissions the images are missing. Is there somewhere they are archived?

I assume that images were uploaded to your form. You should be able to view them on the submission page of your form, unless you deleted your submissions. 

Please provide us the link of a form and the IDs of the submissions from which the images are missing.
