How will I see the resonse to my question?

I submitted a question a little bit ago and am curious how I will see the answer once support replies? Will it go to my email on file? I selected "Keep this question private" but I no longer have that previous submission page pulled up so not sure where to find the answer?

You will see the reply of our support in the thread itself. You will also receive an email when someone posted a reply to your thread.

If it is a private thread, then only JotForm staff and the user who opened that thread can access it. You can also view your threads by clicking the "My Questions" button on the Form Support page.
