I cant center How Frequent widget content
Unfortunately, Widgets alignment cannot be changed/moved since widgets are loaded in a separate container and Card Forms doesn't have the option to add a custom CSS code.
disable multiple selections
Button Checkboxes doesn't have the option to turn off multiple selection. However, you can try a similar widget called Button Radio.
Since it is not possible to move the alignment of Widget's for now, I suggest that you disable columned style option and just increase the width of the buttons so it will look nice..
Here's the form I cloned from you https://form.jotform.com/80655773959980

disable multiple selections on the widget is something that could be taking into consideration for developers... i will try radio bottons

It seems okay on my Android Mobile device. Are you still seeing it differently even using Button Radio widget?

For some reason I think they separated them since it is a widget and other people also wanted to have a separate widget for that function, but we will take note of your feedback.
You might also want to check and consider Image Choice field element. You can switch ON/OFF Multiple Selection.
