Edit Scholarship Application after Submission

I am the administrator for a scholarship application. Applicants are wondering if/how they can get back in to an application to edit it AFTER clicking SUBMIT. I did a trial run as an applicant and couldn't see how it was possible. Please Advise.

Note that we have a 2-step process for the application to allow individuals to complete it in more than one session. The first step is to register one's name and email. Then an email is sent with the link to the application, and the recipient is advised to retain the link in order to access the form on different occasions while in progress. This works fine until Step 2 is completed and the application is submitted. Then the link doesn't bring them back to the completed application, but rather to a new, blank application.

On a second note, I have set up an email to go out after submission with a pdf of the application attached. I just did a trial and cannot open the pdf attachment. The system thinks for a few moments and then the thinking stops with no pdf.

Apologies for the challenges you are facing, I have tested your form by following the application process from first filling first form and second form through an email link i received from filling first form.

i can say so far the process is ok.Now when I finish filling the second form after entering may details in each field I receive an auto-response email with PDF attachment. This function also works so far.

The only part I did not receive is  the edit link in the email notification. The good news is that you can add the edit link in the auto-response email.

You can follow the guide below to add edit link in your auto-responder email.
