Cards: Error persists after filling all the required fields

This form has some required fields. While testing, I did not answer every required question which yielded the following message. 

When I then went back and responded to every question, the error does not clear and prevents submission. 

I have tried to replicate the issue but the form did not show the error after filling all the required fields.

Can you please let us know the exact steps to take to replicate the issue?
