    Thank you for contacting us.

The form will be disabled after the 3rd payment. It is possible to upgrade to one of our paid plans to increase the monthly payment submissions limit. Note that we reset the limits on the first of each month.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

Once you reach the payment submissions limit, you will receive an email informing you that your payment forms will be disabled on the following day at 12:00 PM EST.

Once the form is disabled, it will display the next page instead of the form content.

In other words, the form users will not be able to access the form to submit it.

So I only get 3 people that will get redirected to PayPal?

Getting redirected to PayPal doesn't mean your users will pay. A better question is, what will happen once 3 people paid you through PayPal.

We count your payment submissions per month based on successful payments. If you already received 3 payments, then forms that have payment fields in it will be disabled. Forms that don't have payment fields will remain active though as the limit only applies to forms with payment fields.

It's worth noting that your form can be reactivated in 3 ways:

    1. Remove the payment field on your form

    2. Wait for the 1st day of the next month for the counter to reset back to 0

    3. Or upgrade to a higher tier plan that will match your payment submission usage
