The pop-up of my form does not appear being mobile responsive

Hello, I used the pop-up embed code but when I click the button for the code to pop up it's never responsive.. Is there a setting that can be changed to fix this? 

The pop-up should appear as mobile responsive on a mobile browser.

I also made a test using a cloned form from yours and tested it on a mobile device, the pop-up appeared fine as responsive.

Can you tell us what device you are using and what browser so for us to be able to test to see how it appears?
