I cannot log into my account

    I recently changed my account's email address to xxx@gmail.com. When I use that to log into my account there are no forms showing. 

    When I log into my original account at xxx@me.com I am requesting a password reset, and I receive notification it's sending me a password reset link. The issue is  I have not received it, its been hours since I put in the request. 

    Issue 2: (My mistake) I also added an encrypted key to my form, and I cannot open it. I will need to take that off also, so that I can access the forms that are being filled out. ( I expect when I can login I can change that with a click. If there is more to it, please let me know.

    Kim,

    Can you please confirm that your JotForm username is kimburgner 

    I checked the account and I see it is Active and forms are available at this time. You can log in to the account at https://www.jotform.com/login

    I have also sent a password reset instruction to the account email. Please check the email.

    Let us know if you are still having issue with the account access.

    You should be able to fix #2 once you are able to login to your account and access the form.
