Forms disabled even though we've paid

    Hello, we're having some problems with our association's account (FTYC). Last week, our treasurer upgraded the account to gold status using Paypal (we thought), but now none of our forms are working and we are getting emails saying they have been disabled because it is 'over quota'.

    We are not sure why this is happening, but we are wondering whether it might be because the forms are shared with him. Is it possible he is somehow not connected to the right account? 

    We have an ongoing fundraiser and our group is not able to use the forms at the moment.

    I have checked the form on the page you have shared and it actually belongs to a free account with username FTYC, I cannot find a recent payment for this account. 

    Please share us any order/reference number that you may have, the PayPal account you used to pay would be helpful as well.

    I think it has been worked out now, thanks. We somehow had two separate accounts connected to our forms.
