I was wondering if I have a paid account, will I be able to make the auto responder email (which is sent to the person who completed the form), appear as if I have sent it, instead of email@example.com?
This is something very important to me, because it will give me credibility when the email is sent to the client.

Yes, you can certainly do that by setting up the SMTP details of your email.
