I quite disappointed, I just paid for the service and I test it and your brand continues appearing on receivers

    Please note that the branding option is not automatically turned off once you upgrade, you need to do this manually on your account settings, please kindly go to this link and uncheck the JotForm branding option: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
