Configurable List Widget - pre-populate from other form elements

please see the sample form. 

I have 3 form elements: long text entry field and (2) configurable list widgets.  I would like to copy text from the long text entry field and pre-populate a field in the first configurable list.  After the user completes the first configurable list, update the second configurable list with similar data (first two columns in list 1 = first two columns in list 2)

can this be done?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to prepopulate the fields created under a configurable list widget.
