Bear with me for a sec. I'm confusing myself when I try to explain what I want :)
I want to send our customers links to our survey after we finish an event with them. I want whichever employee is sending out the survey to be able to login to our account, enter the client's email address, and send a pre-written email that looks like it came from a specific email address (our owner's).
I see how to set up the SMTP for auto-responses but not how to send an email BEFORE the survey.
Is that something we can do?

I understand that you want to send an email to your users using an SMTP email address with the link to the Survey form built using JotForm after the event. Please note that JotForm is an online form builder service only and unfortunately, we are currently not offering emailing service at this moment. However, email notifications when a form is submitted and an autoresponder to the person who submitted the form will be sent as a part of JotForm service. If you need to send only an email with the link to the Survey form to the users, you may consider using one of the email marketing tools available online like Aweber, ConstantContact, MailChimp, GetResponse, MadMimi, etc.
