Sub-account problem

    Hi there,


    My account is "kukou" this is sub-account from "aksorn". 

    I've limited submission warning that should not be. Because main account "aksorn" is using Silver package and no reach to limited submission.

    I always have this problem with sub-account feature as I ask you last time about I didn't see any shared form by main account. 

    I've clear cached and re-opened browser already but it's not solved.

    Could you check and solve this problem asap??? or any suggestion for my continue working.

    The form you mentioned http://www.jotform.me/form/80578956729477 is created under kukou account, and that account is on a Free plan, doesn't matter that it is a sub-account of the aksorn.

    Forms created under a Free plan will have limits of the Free subscription, they will not inherit the limits of the paid plan.

    This is not a problem actually, it is an intended behavior.

    This is how sub-accounts feature works, you have the main account aksorn, which is on the Silver plan.

    And that plan has limits of the Silver plan subscription.

    Now, you also have kukou account which is on a Free plan and has limits of the Free plan subscription.

    Forms created on aksorn account have nothing to do with kukou account, vice versa, forms created on kukou have nothing to do with aksorn. Because those are separate accounts.

    And when you share any form(s) from aksorn to kukou account, that means that sub-account kukou can view/edit the form and view submissions, that's it. The form is still under the ownership of the main account aksorn.

    On the other hand, when you create a form on kukou (Free plan) account, that form will have limits of the Free account:

    What you could do is change the ownership of the form:

    So the form will be moved to the main account.

    We can also move the form for you to the main account.

    That will make the form accessible again, but it will not activate the sub-account (since it hit the limit) for that account you will have to wait for 1st of the month when all limits reset or you can upgrade it.

    Hi Nik_C

    Urgently!!! need your help

    1. My customer can not submit my form, the error is "There are error on the form. Please fix them before continuing" when clicking on submit button.

    2. And the another problem is the widget "Appointment Slot" in this form is reset!

    Before you move this form to our main-account (aksorn) this widget is working well but now this widget is reset the limit number so we got a big problem because this is seminar room booking. Could you please suggest me how to solve this problem? or How does it work well if we move this form back to my sub-account (kukou)?

    2) I'm sorry for this inconvenience, but that happened because the form ownership is changed, you can manually adjust the remaining numbers there:

    We can try moving the form back to the old account, but I'm not sure if that will do any good, plus the account is over limit at the moment.

    1) The first issue could be related to the widget as well, you should just click update widget:

    But you shouldn't do that if you decide to move the form back to the old account (I'm not sure if moving will put the numbers back in place).

    So maybe the best option is to set the numbers manually.

    I moved the form back, the numbers look fine now:

    But, again, this account is over limit, so if I can suggest the following:

    1) We could move this form again to aksorn account.

    2) And you could set the widget manually, to match the numbers above.

    So your form will keep on working.

    Another way would be to use https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/getMore section in your kukou account and increase the submissions limit (permanently).

    My customers can not submit this form. It's still show "Please wait..." on the submit button after pressed.

    I've try and waiting for an hour but it have no response. My other forms are still can submit as well.
