Email Notification is not sent when the form is submitted

    Hi guys,

    I'm just starting out with JotForm and trialling it at this stage.

    I've created two forms.

    When one form is complete I get an email notification, but when the other form is complete I get nothing and don't know about it unless I log in.

    Have I missed ticking something with the other form?

    Your Employee information form does not have the Email Notification. It only has an Autoresponder Email. An Autoresponder Email is used to send an email to the user who is submitting the form. 

    To resolve the issue create the Email Notification. Inside of this guide, you can find how to do it:

    Okay,

    Before I upgrade, can you please clarify, the subissions i have lost, about 200, will I get them back when I upgrade or are the simply deleted and not able for you to get back?

    (I had 700 submissions and 200 of them are lost due to this misstake that our credit card wasnt valid).
