Email Notification is not sent when the form is submitted

    Hi guys,

    I'm just starting out with JotForm and trialling it at this stage.

    I've created two forms.

    When one form is complete I get an email notification, but when the other form is complete I get nothing and don't know about it unless I log in.

    Have I missed ticking something with the other form?

    Your Employee form does not have the Email Notification. It only has an Autoresponder Email. An Autoresponder Email is used to send an email to the user who is submitting the form. 

    To resolve the issue create the Email Notification. Inside of this guide, you can find how to do it:
