I checked your other threads and I saw that some of your submissions were removed from your account because it was downgraded to a Free plan and the Free accounts can store up to 500 submissions.
We can restore your removed submissions once you upgrade your account. When the account is upgraded let us know here or on one or your other threads and we will restore them.
I also noticed that my colleague TREVON provided an incorrect answer on this thread. The Storage plan is available only for the Free users that are out of Submission Storage Space, which is the case with your account. So you can upgrade the account to the Storage plan and have unlimited Submission Storage Space. Please note that all other limits of the Storage plan are the same as for the Free accounts.

Hi, thanky you for clarifying. My manager has now paid and updated. So as I can see now I have all submissions back? Nothing more that needs to be done?

Ps can you please make an extra control that the submissions are 100% correct. At the moment it looks like this 703 / 711, shouldnt those numbers be the same?

I have now restored all the submissions back to your account. I would suggest you to please check your form's submission page and see if all the submissions are being displayed or not.
Your account now has total of 7686 submissions.

Thank you! I am only intrested in the form called Team Solar 2018, the other ones are old.
Can you please help me understand why it says 703 and 712 below for the form Team Solar 2018. Why are not those numbers the same?
712 stands for 712 submissions that have come in to the Jotform, correct?
703, what does that stand for?

Okay that means that your form has 712 submissions but out of those submissions, 703 submissions are unread. As soon as you go to your form's submission page and view submissions, you will see the counter will be reduced automatically. Please check the screenshot below on how to manually mark read / unread submissions:
Please note that you can manually mark all the submissions as read as well. Please check the screenshot below:
Hope this helps.
