Hello,
I set up my account with correct time zone (London GMT), and correct time format (EU-Asia-DMY) but all submissions display dates in wrong format M-D-Y. How can this be corrected?

I have tested our Date Picker field on my test form as you can see in the below screenshots.
-Note that it is not possible to change the date format (mm/dd/yyyy) for Card Forms yet.
The notification e-mail that I received:
Form's submissions page:
Can you please clarify which section you are mentioning? According to your request, we can escalate your problem to our development team and we can open a feature request.
We will be waiting for your response.

The date picker in my form itself displays correct date format. However, on the submissions it comes up in a different format MM-DD-YYYY.

I assume you are referring this form: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/72880612071352
Before we escalate your problem to our development team, please can you share your date picker field's screenshot with us?
I can see the field as seen below:
If you see a different date format, please let us know.
I have split your second problem into another thread to prevent the confusion.
You can follow it here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1409107

The above is correct form and that's exactly how the form displays the data field.

Apologies. The form displays the date as DD-MM-YYYY
See screenshot below. -

I cloned your form, but when I viewed my date picker, we have a different format.
Mine is MM/DD/YYYY, here is a screen shot.
When I tested the submission, the format in the submission page is correct, it is the same as the format in the form.
Did you change layouts and changed the format of your date picker?
Let us know, so we can replicate the issue.

I too just cloned this form to replicate your process, and oddly enough this action corrected both the original and the cloned forms. The date field now displays MM/DD/YYYY. However, this is not the correct format for UK. We still need DD/MM/YYYY please.

Thank you for cooperation and clarifications!
This thread will now be escalated to our developers as a feature request to have an option to choose the date format at Cards Layout.
Unfortunately, we can't give you the ETA, but please be sure that we'll keep you posted with updates on this issue.
Meanwhile, please let us know if you need any other assistance with your JotFroms.

As to the date format shown on your Submissions Page, I suggest you to check your account's settings, because it can cause the date format YYYY/MM/DD:

I checked this setting before starting this thread. Please screenshot see below.

It is possible to fix the Date Format in the Submissions page only, but not in the Form Preview. This would need intervention from the developers.
To fix the Date Format in the Submissions page, first change the Form Layout to All Questions in One Page.
You can change the Form Layout by clicking SETTINGS, SHOW MORE OPTIONS, scroll down, change the Form Layout to the desired layout.
All Questions in One Page or Single Question in One Page.
Then, in the Form Builder, you will have the option to choose a Date Format for the Date Field.
After this, change the Form Layout to Single Question in One Page again and the desired Date Format should display in the Submissions Page.
