I received an email telling me that I have reached my payment limit

    I received an email telling me that I have reached my payment limit and my account will be disabled as of noon today.  I thought our plan would automatically renew.  Please advise.

    Our apologies. It was an error since you are on the Silver plan, and your payment limit is 100 for a month. I've fixed this for you. Your forms should be active now.
