Please help! Our account (National Youth Jazz Collective - email@example.com) has received the alert that we're 'out of total submissions limit' BUT when I check it says that we've used 22 out of 1000 (we're on Bronze plan). We're expecting MANY submissions in the next few days so need to make this possible. If we have not exceeded the 1000 per month how can we have reached our submissions limit? Screeenshot attached.
