Why are we Not receiving email submissions??

    Good morning, I am currently overseeing the receiving of the JOT submissions per the form for ADJ/ CM repository for Benchmark PT.  Last week the submissions stopped routing to me and they have always done and it appears the link that is being used for the form is using an older version. Are you able to help with this?

    I have checked your mail log from the backend and log shows emails have been sent to your account.
