Hello and thank you for your support.
I am wondering if there is any way for me to have someone fill out 2 or 3 separate forms in Jotform and then combine the answers all together in one email or PDF.
Is this possible?

Yes it is possible to create 2 or 3 forms and combine all the answers into one form, that would email or be converted to pdf.
Using the URL parameters, you can populate fields into another form.
You can check this guide -Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters
But do note that, the forms must be in sequence for this to be able to work.
I made three forms, Form1 would have the first 2 questions, the Form2 I added another question and Form3 would be the last form .
The link to the first form https://form.jotform.com/80664316373963
Second form https://form.jotform.com/80665076073964
last form https://form.jotform.com/80664968173974
Do note that, I have place the URL parameter codes at the Thank you Page.
Feel free to clone it How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
Hope this information helps.
