Hi, I am one of the events coordinators at Faith Assembly in NC and we were looking around at some different form options. I was setting up a test form through JotForm but my account logged me out and now when I try to log in it says 'Login Failed-Autosuspended'. Is there a way that I can fix this?

Our apologies. For some reason, our system filter detected the credit card fields in the form as phishing although it is a payment integration. I have already reactivated your account and referred this case to our reviewers. Please try checking again.
