Can I ask users to sign on a PDF document on the form?

    Hey i would like to create a signature on a PDF document How can i ? In addition, is it possible to lock the signature digitally?

    I'm not sure if I understood completely your question, but unfortunately, although you can display/embed a PDF document on your form your users cannot sign on it. 

    You can indeed collect signatures on your form, the signatures are locked once the users signs, this guide will help you adding a signature box to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/433-How-to-Add-an-E-Signature-to-Your-Form 

    You may also collect the information from your form as well as the signature and have a final PDF document with that info, you can also customize the report, please check this guide for more details about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report
