jayAsked on March 8, 2018 at 12:12 PMGreat! I've reviewed your pricing structure and due to the extreme fluctuation in
number of applicants we have each month, I'm not quite sure which one would be
best for us. We may do anywhere from 2-30 each day. We have 2 different app
forms we use regularly. One is a 5 pages the other is a 1 page. Can 2 different apps be
created and used and if so, how does that affect monthly rate? This is for landlord/tenant screening services. -

Based on your explanation i would recommend Bronze Subscription or higher. However bronze Plan seems to meet your needs as I have assumed you will have 30 submission for 30 days you will have a total submission of 900 in a month.
With the above form you can create up to 25 forms which in this case i am assuming you are calling apps.
Kindly visit the link to check details and limits of the plans: https://www.jotform.com/pricing
Kindly do let us know incase you need further assistance.

Perfect! can the forms be signed online as well in same program or does that take a separate
digital signature program? If can be signed without separate program is there
an additional fee or any detailed info for that service? -

You can use E-Signature widget and Smooth Signature widget.
Here is the guide on how to add E-Signatures to your form https://www.jotform.com/help/433-How-to-Add-an-E-Signature-to-Your-Form.
Thanks.

Widgets are not for mobile devices per se. These were created to extend the functionality of a form. The default and regular form fields (e.g. textboxes, dropdowns, etc.) may not suffice in some use cases so widgets are there to add more.
As an example, there's no default form field that will allow you to collect signatures. So, you have to use a widget for that (a signature widget). Feel free to browse the WIDGETS page and search using the CATEGORIES. Alternatively, you can also search for them within the FORM BUILDER directly.
