Hello, I just received this email (see below). What does it mean? 3 payments from who? I pay for the $5/mo plan. I should be able to receive 100 payments per month. Ohhh...I see now. Wow you guys really raised your prices a lot. I think I will probably have to cancel the account. I will let you know in a separate message if I decide to cancel.

    Thank you for contacting us.

The submission is considered as a payment submission when one of the payment processing integrations is involved (e.g. PayPal, Authorize.Net, Stripe). In other words, when you receive a payment through a form.

The Storage plan is limited to 100 regular submissions per month including 3 payment submissions.

The payment submission limits are following:

    Free plan - 3 payments/month
    Storage plan - 3 payments/month
    Bronze plan - 10 payments/month
    Silver plan - 100 payments/month
    Gold plan - 100,000 payments/month

We keep working hard on providing our users with the best features and security. Currently, we support 24 integrations with the payment processing services. Also, JotForm is the first form building platform certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 Compliant Service Provider, the highest security attainment you can have as a business that collects payments from, and integrates with, credit cards.
