MailChimp integration: List not adding records

    Hi,

    I recently connected the forms to lists on my MailChimp account. It says here that it is integrated and all good, but In my MailChimp account I am not receiving any contacts, and it doesn't show that I am connected. Please advise

    I cloned your form and integrated with my MailChimp list. It worked fine:

    So its not your form. There must be something wrong with your MailChimp account.

    Can you check that your fields are setup correctly.

    And as you can see in my MailChimp it doesn't show that Jotform is
    integrated, But on Jotform settings, it showed me all of my lists when I
    entered the API KEY

    May we know which form are you having issues with? Is it the (Warranty Claim) or the (Warranty Registration)?

    I checked your form (Warranty Claim) and I can verify that MailChimp is integrated properly. If you are still having issues, then I suggest you remove the integration and then add it back.

    If the issue persists, then please try generating a new API key from MailChimp, here's a guide: https://kb.mailchimp.com/integrations/api-integrations/about-api-keys.

    I have cleared your form cache as well so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
