I am being advised that emails to newwestreporting.ca are being bounced back. That is our bona fide email addresss so am confused. Our account is

From what I can read at your post's title, I can assume that you need to remove your email from the Bounce list. Am I right?

Upon checking the information as to your email new**stre**rting@hotmail.ca, I could see that it is IN our Bounce list, so I have removed it from there.
