Hello we have taken over an account and their forms are in Jotforms. It says we are over limit and I have been able to restore one of them, but not the other ones. I have deleted most of the other forms but am at a loss to get these to work.

Your account has actually passed the available uploads limit as well as the total of submissions that can be stored on the account, you will need to delete some submissions in order to free up some space or upgrade your account.
You may also download your submissions data before deleting your submissions so you do not lose your information: https://www.jotform.com/help/374-How-to-Export-All-of-Your-Data-at-Once
