We have set up a request form that we want our team to use to submit project reqeusts to us.
However, we are getting a "Sorry only one entry is allowed" popping up.
Can you help us understand this? We are not currently buying a plan but if we were to buy a plan how can we prevent this such that anyone can submit multiple forms?

In your forms settings you have the unique submission feature enabled.
When this is enabled you form will prevent multiple submissions from one user.
You can set this to "No Check" and your form should work as expected.
