Is it possible to copy a value from a configurable list (e.g., a particular row/column) into another field?
For example, if I have a configurable list that has a dropdown for "States", where the user can add multiple states, and the user adds two states (e.g., "Virginia", "Vermont")...is it possible to reference a value from that configurable list in another field (i.e., the second value in the list...Vermont)?
Thank you.

Unfortunately, it is not possible now to pass data from Configurable List or any other widget using URL parameters. You can prepopulate the values of standard (Basic) fields.
Here's a related guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters
Thank you.

Thanks. URL parameters wouldn't help though right? I'm looking to use data that was already entered.
Is there any way to do this with conditions?
I'm looking to get the second field...like the attached...
Honestly, a bit surprised this doesn't come out of the box with JotForm. There is so much other functionality.
Either way, I greatly appreciate your help!

Unfortunately, it is also not possible to pass the value of a particular row/column of the Configurable List widget into another field. You can also pass data from all fields of the Configurable List to a field like Text Box.
Here is a demo form: https://form.jotform.com/80671120217951
If you want to pass a value from a specific field, I can only suggest you to use the basic fields instead of the Configurable list widget.
