    Hello JotForm,

I had created two forms for a college research project regarding computer security. However, for some reason they were auto-deleted. I had worked very hard on creating the questions and answers. This is for a school project and not any attempt at phishing, in fact my project is about preventing such malicious activity. Is there any way I can get my form back, I was almost complete with it. Any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

Thank You Very Much, The issue has been resolved, although the link you provided gives me an "unauthorized access". But the issue has been resolved and I can now access my account, view and edit my forms. Thank You

I was still wondering since my surveys are a 2-part project, i had created two versions, since the word that triggered your guys system was "password", could my other form also to get autosuspended since they contain many of the same words? If so, is there any way that form could be whitelisted also. I only need the two forms for my project. I greatly appreciate the help and must say it is great that jotform has 24/7 assistance. Thank You again and if it is possible that my other form could be whitelisted that would be great.

    Thank You.
