I created a form and integrated Stripe using JotForm. I was able to successfully purchase my product using the link in my Chrome Browser. When co-workers tried to register, using IE7 and IE8, they were unsuccessful. I'm not sure if the browser is the problem. I've reset the API keys and still did not have success. Also, the error they receive is: Oops! You must supply either a card or a customer id. Please help!

We are sorry for the inconveniences you are facing.
Have you embed your form somewhere? If yes, please try to use an iFrame embedding option instead.
However, if it is not working using direct form URL, please let us know.

I'm using the direct URL that I generate in JotForm. I've tried both the secure URL and the non-secure.

We have just released a fix for Stripe Integration for IE7 and IE8. Please try it again and let us know if it solved your problem or no.
