Why conditions are not working?

Good morning,

This is the second time I have contacted you this week with a similar problem. It would appear that forms we have use for 6 months or more are beginning to have problems. Today it is with conditions. A simple condition requiring any of two fields in order to require information has stopped working. Can you tell me if you are changing things your end as this is very irritating.

I checked your previous thread, but it is related to show/hide condition.
